This Crémant comes from a 15-year-old plot in Loché. The soil is clay and limestone, with some marl-limestone. Golden yellow in colour, bright and brilliant, with a very fine fragrance and a hint of wood and toast on the nose, this Crémant has a lovely, fresh attack on the palate. Very fine, dense bubbles, good overall balance, good acidity, freshness and complexity and a finish with plenty of personality.
