Cultivée dans le village de Vinzelles et exposée plein Est, au soleil levant, elle bénéficie de la meilleure exposition. Les ceps de cette vigne sont âgés en moyenne de 60 ans. Ce grand vin à un aspect jaune dorée limpide et brillant. Au nez il est précis, fin et frais, toute en élégance. Nous avons une belle expression de fruit à chair blanche type pêche de vigne, attaque pleine et équilibrée, ensemble étayé et belle structure portant l’ensemble vers une belle longueur en bouche. 75cl (2022)

Elle possède un sol argileux et calcaire, avec partiellement, des marnes-calcaire. D’une couleur jaune dorée, limpide et brillante, d’un parfum très fin avec une note boisées et très légèrement toastées au nez, ce Crémant a une belle attaque en bouche, fraîche. Très beau bullage fin et dense, bel équilibre général, belle acidité conservée, une fraicheur avec une belle complexité et une finale avec beaucoup de personnalité.

The soil is clay and limestone, with some marl-limestone. Golden yellow in colour, bright and brilliant, with a very fine fragrance and a hint of wood and toast on the nose, this Crémant has a lovely, fresh attack on the palate. Very fine, dense bubbles, good overall balance, good acidity, freshness and complexity and a finish with plenty of personality.
